A to-do list inspired by the legend of Sisyphus
I started my design career in 2014 when reaching "inbox zero" was considered a standout feature for email apps—and I played a part in promoting that trend. Lately, though, I've been reflecting on how draining that goal feels in today's world of nonstop email spam and AI-generated replies. Clearing your inbox now feels less like an accomplishment and more like a never-ending chore—kind of like Sisyphus pushing that rock up the hill, only to have it roll back down again. It's sold as something satisfying, even joyful, but there's a darker, more exhausting side to it that I wanted to explore with a small, vibe-driven experiment.
