I've led 0→1 products, redesigned live systems used by millions, and worked inside fast-moving teams where decisions had real revenue and delivery impact. That range means I know when to move fast, when to slow down, and what actually matters at each stage.

Complex workflows, technical domains, and messy edge cases are where I do my best work. I specialize in turning unclear problems into intuitive experiences without dumbing things down or creating design debt.

Pricing
I don't charge by the hour. I'm more interested in solving the problem than watching the clock. You pay for the outcome. Pricing is flexible based on scope, timeline, and who I'm working with—for example, I'll charge solo hackers less than a well-funded organization. Payments are handled via Stripe or wire transfer.
